    Our products are custom-made for you. Delivery typically takes 4–6 business days after production. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email.

  2. How much are the shipping costs?

    – Order value up to €49.99 → €3.95 shipping
    – From 50 € → free shipping

🌍 Europe:
– Uniform 13.99 € shipping

  1. What sizes are available and how do they fit?
    All products have a size chart in the description. The fit is normal. If you're unsure, we recommend ordering one size larger.

  2. What do I do if my product is damaged or incorrect?
    Please email us a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

  3. Can I change or cancel my order?
    Changes or cancellations are only possible within the first 12 hours of placing your order , as your product goes straight into production. Please contact us as soon as possible.

  4. How do I best care for my shirt?
    For long-lasting enjoyment: Wash inside out at 30°C , do not tumble dry and do not iron the motif directly.

  5. What payment methods do you offer?
    We accept PayPal, credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay and other secure payment methods.
